BIOGRAPHICAL STATEMENT
Hezekiah Fuller was a weaver in
SCOPE AND CONTENT
Records debits and credits accrued
by Fuller for such activities as spinning and weaving shirting, wool cloth,
"cord sheeting," etc. The
volume was also used by Fuller and others to document agricultural activities,
including noting when the "cows took bull." Measurements of timber and shingle are also
featured. Such items as rice, coffee,
nutmeg, and other foodstuffs are mentioned.
The volume also incorporates pages from John Tulley's almanac for the
year 1698, including the title page, pages for each month, and a page listing
eclipses and a description of highways.
