BIOGRAPHICAL

George W. Hammatt (or Hammett) lived at 24 Arrow

Hammatt, although many of the bills spell it as Hammett, and indicate that he
worked in Boston, but do not give an occupation or name of business. The 1882 Boston directory lists him as a
salesman at 257 Washington Street, and he is living in Boston at that point.
