SCOPE AND CONTENT
These
papers consist almost entirely of receipts for goods and services purchased in
Odessa, Delaware, around the turn of the century. The few other pieces originated in nearby

previous processors. This arrangement
has been retained even though it divides some of the tax receipts from the
